Resume`

I was chatting with a loan officer friend of mine at work today...we chatted about the market conditions, current clients, and just stuff in general. We got on the subject somehow of all the different "jobs" that moms take on when they give birth to their first child (the responsibilities grow exponentially with each additional child and as they grow older). If I were to write a resume for being a mom, it would include but not be limited to the following skills:

Housekeeper
Barber
Gourmet Chef
Sanitation Specialist
Dishwasher
Taxi Driver
Healthcare Provider
Storyteller
Personal Shopper
Chaperone
Toy Repair Technician
Teacher
Financial Advisor
Speech Therapist
Personal Stylist
The list goes on but these are the things that are done on a daily basis. Not to mention working in a busy office full time and going to school. I think that we moms deserve some kudos...so go ahead, pat yourself on the back if you proudly wear the title of MOM! Oh, and dads, you deserve a good pat on the back too!

Oh man isn't there so much a mom could put on a resume! I know it is a lot of work but seeing our kids growing makes it all worth it.
