Here is the before shot of the laundry/craft room...
Here is a picture of mom learning to set tile--in the laundry room--a little explanation regarding the laundry room-some genius that lived here once upon a time decided that it would be good idea to put the laundry hookups in the downstairs bathroom (which is on the other side of this colorful wall) however, there is not enough room in the bathroom to sort and fold laundy, all you can do is wash and dry it. Me, being my demanding self, decided that i wanted my laundry hook ups moved to the closet where they appeared to have formerly been. My sweet cousin Kyle went to lowe's with me and got all of the parts needed to do the job--thanks Ky!! In mere minutes he had the new hook ups in place and ready to go! I love my huge laundry/craft room and mom likes having more space in her bathroom! There used to be carpet in the closet though which is where the washer and dryer were to be moved. So, again being demanding, I decided that the closet was better suited for tile. Uncle Randy and mom cut out the carpet in the closet and mom learned how to set tile! She did a great job!!
Here is Aunt Tammy painting over the hideous colors in the laundry room--now we can walk in there without feeling nauseous!

Man who really puts those colors in their house! I'm glad your family was able to stop by and help with things around the house. Your mom has always been such a hard worker. I'm glad she is there to help out as well. Looks great!
